[rrd-users] rrdtool and 14all.cgi problem

Hi,

I'm trying to let the rddtool work together with the 14all.cgi script, but I
walk into some problems. I get the following error message as I try to run
the 14all.cgi script:

Software error:
ERROR: unable to open config file: /home/tittels/mrtg.cfg (Permission
denied) 

So it's a right issue. But I don't exactly know which account does have to
have which rights....

So could somebody help me? I use Redhat 7.1, mrtg-2.9x and 14all.cgi
v1.1p15.
