or get net-snmp which i believe now does all that. or if you don't mind paying
(this is for a company for example) i highly recommend the Empire SNMP Agent
for Solaris (bought by Concord, so look at their site) as i've used it in the
past and it's awesome. not cheap, but worth every penny.
