[rrd-users] How do I install perl Modules on NT?

How do I install the RRDtool perl modules on NT?

The readme file says to use 'perl ntmake.pl' then 'make test'. 'perl
ntmake.pl' runs fine but 'make test' returns an error to the effect that
make is not a valid executable. I expect that make is a Unix thing is there
an equivlant on NT? What can I do to install the perl modules and  utilize
rrd using Perl?
