You might want to look at ntop (www.ntop.org) if you can achive a "tap" on your internet traffic access pipe.
ntop will give you the second and third.
ntop can also act as a netflow source.
Bandwidth per user is going to be tricky unless you can associate a user with a network station at points in time..
I had used ntop earlier but not with the RRD integration
