[rrd-users] Interoperability of RRD (Solaris8 and NT)

Hi!

I just recently installed RRD in a SUN workstation running Solaris8
(with apache). Then just for a small test of rrd-cgi, I've copied an rrd
database (test.rrd) to the SUN workstation and used a simple (cgi) script to
graph that file (test.rrd), but I've got the following error (in the http
browser):

[ERROR: This RRD was created on other architecture]

What I wanted was to have many collection stations (NT, UNIX, Linux,
...) of .rrd files, and only one http server (the SUN workstation) with
access to all remote rrd files that could generate the graphs, locally, for
any of the rrd files.

It seems that .rrd files created and updated in NT are not
'readable' in other OS (and vice-versa?).

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Best regards,

Jose Maria Costa Pereira
