[rrd-users] Spikes .. again.

I don't mean to be a pain in the ass, but spiking in my graphs is getting
out of hand.
Does anyone know of a tool that will analyse the RRD file or the RRD->XML
export and look for major discrepancies in data. This is something I could
possibly write myself, but I'm just checking. There used to be tools like
killspike etc, but sourcing that kind of thing is near impossible these
days.
Any tips? Ideas ? Hints?
