If this doesn't answer your question: be more specific in what you ask.

rrdtool update doesn't allow other kinds.

for rrdtool graph you have many choices, such as --end '11:01 05/13/70'

Make sure the entire date and time is *one* parameter to rrdtool (hence
the quotes in my example).
