[rrd-users] install rrdtools on Win2p

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find "detailed" instructions on installing and using 
rrd-tools on Windows 2kp?  The small directions that came with it are not easy to understand for
someone that has 0 linux/Unix experience (in my opinion).

Can anyone help me out?
