[rrd-users] Still looking for 14all.cfg

[John Oliver]

I used indexmaker to create an index for my RRDTool-generated pages.
Using that page results in complaints about a missing 14all.cfg  I
cannot find any documentation anywhere that tells what this file should
contain.  Is this an error in the code, that should really be looking at
the .cfg files I'm using?  If so, how do I fix?
