1027839600 modulo 86400 != 0.  Yes, this is *very* important.

Use intervals of 3600 seconds a piece and set heartbeat high enough
to allow for one update filling 24 PDPs at a time.  Do not forget
the change to (or was it: from?) daylight saving where a day is 25
hours long.

step size 3600, PDPs per CDP 24, heartbeat at least 25*3600.
