You may want to try and add the --lower-limit 0 to you're graph and that
should do it.

I'm developing a backend to MRTG with RRDTool, and in some graphics my y
axis not starting in zero, see the image included in this. Question is
possible to force the y axis start in zero ? and if yes, how ?
