You can use "rrdtool graph" not only to actually create an image, you
can also use it to calculate a text report.  Read the rrdgraph manual
and look specifically for "PRINT" (-->not<-- GPRINT).  Use the resulting
value in a second call to rrdtool, inside the HRULE statement.
