You've got a few choices for what OIDs are possible.
GetIF just makes it easy to figure them out.  

http://www.mibcentral.com
http://www.somix.com

And a ton of others.  It really depends on what kind 
of system you want to glean information from.  The 
geneal stuff is typically in the MIB-2 tree, while 
the vendor specific information is in the enterprises 
tree.  If this all sounds greek to you (unless you are 
greek, then maybe sounds russian?), read up on SNMP, 
OIDs, MIBs, and all that good stuff.  There are quite 
a few books written specifically on managing networks 
via snmp.

etc..
There must be loads, like the free memory, Disk Space, etc..
