[rrd-users] more RRA types

I see that there's a document about Aberrant Behaviour Detection.
This sounds interesting and useful, thought I cannot find anything in the
documentation or the tutorial or RRD.
Is this functionality implemented? (the document is dated August 23 2000)
Can someone point me to even more information about this subject?
