[rrd-users] Lower interval than 5 minutes

Is there a way to poll shorter than every 5 minutes?  I'm running latest
version of MRTG and RRD on Windows2k.  My graphs are showing that I'm over
engineered in my network.  But I was wondering if 5 minutes was too long of
a time period to collect stats?

I thought I saw a document somewhere of how MRTG works in detail, but I
can't seem to find it.  If anyone knows of it, please let me know.
