Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am writing to say that a stable/release (1.0.38) resize doesn't make
an overt change in the RRD, since an info before and after show the same
number of rows in an archive.

Is it working ?

stan> rrdtool -v | head -1
RRDtool 1.0.38  Copyright 1997-2001 by Tobias Oetiker <tobi at oetiker.ch>
stan> rrdtool info nwUsage_x.rrd | grep 'rra\[0\].rows'
rra[0].rows = 32768

stan> rrdtool resize nwUsage_x.rrd 0 SHRINK 1000
stan> rrdtool info nwUsage_x.rrd | grep 'rra\[0\].rows'
rra[0].rows = 32768

stan> rrdtool resize nwUsage_x.rrd 0 GROW 100000
stan> rrdtool info nwUsage_x.rrd | grep 'rra\[0\].rows'
rra[0].rows = 32768
stan> 

FWIW, the same behaviour is in the dev branch. So it seems I am missing
something.
