[rrd-users] Using rrd_graph() in C program

I already had an answer to the following first question, but because of
a problem on my PC I lost the response, so...
1) What's the meaning of the parameters in the C function rrd_graph()?
2) Is it possible with this function to display directly the graph on a
Web page without creating a file?
