People,
I have an AIX 5.1 system with GCC 3.3.1.0 installed
via installp from Bullfreeware. I just downloaded
1.0.45 and attempted to compile, but I get the
error stating that GCC can't do IEEE Math.
I think I've tracked down the error in config.log to:
configure:3736: checking if IEEE math works with signal(SIGFPE,SIG_IGN)
configure:3812: /usr/bin/gcc -o conftest -g -O2 -Wall -pedantic -Wshadow -Wpoint
er-arith -Wcast-align -Wmissing-prototypes -Wmissing-declarations -Wnested-exter
ns -Winline conftest.c 1>&5
In file included from /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.3.0/3.3/include/
sys/signal.h:349,
from /usr/include/signal.h:20,
from configure:3745:
/usr/include/sys/context.h:155: error: parse error before "sigset64_t"
/usr/include/sys/context.h:158: error: parse error before '}' token
configure: In function `main':
configure:3793: warning: declaration of `nan' shadows a global declaration
<built-in>:0: warning: shadowed declaration is here
configure: failed program was:
#line 3744 "configure"
Any ideas? I can only find a reference for this same
kind of error is with a 0.99 version of RRDTool.
