[rrd-users] Exluding data points in rolling weekly graph

Does anyone know of an easy way to graph a rolling week (ie current time 
minus seven days) excluding all data points for weekends and evenings? 
The generated should include data from the last week's business hours 
only. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
