Goto the RRDTool website, click "Download" from the left hand menu list, and
then click on the "Stable Release" URL.  This will connect you to the
download site, then find the release that has "x86distr" in the filename.
This will be the precompiled Windows version you're looking for.

	Okay, I am asking a simple question.  I don't have access to MS
Visual .NET to compile RRDTool.  Does anybody know where I can get a ready
to use version of RRDTool to run on a Windows 2000 box?
