hello,

There is a tool called sarge. 

(basically feed sar data to ndbm database,
generate trends using gnuplot based graphing,
PUBLISHING through dyn generated WEBPAGES)

someone has replaced ndbm/gnuplot with rrd.

It's quite nifty, it checks the sar disk data, and
generates the suitable rrd db by itself...

I have it working after much efforts.
I would highly reccomend it to anyone the same.
Pl. search archives, I have posted links to both
orig, and modified sarge source locations.
