[rrd-users] value < 1 shown on y axis

For values less than 1, by default the y axis will show values with m, 
for example,
0.2 will be "200m". How can I make it show as "0.2" instead?
I used "--unit 1" option (I must be wrong here, right?), it did the 
trick, but when the values are small (<0.1), the y grids disppear and so 
it doesn't have any readings(see attached two pics).

Can someone help??? Thanks in advance.
