[rrd-users] MRTG w/RRD log format question

I have recently migrated my MRTG log files to RRD, and noticed that there
are 2 fewer columns of data when I run a fetch command. What is the format
for the logfile with RRD? I know the first column is UNIX timestamp, but
what are the second and third columns? I am assuming that they are the input
and output counters for the routers. Are the values stored as bits or bytes?
And is the value a delta value calculated for the last 5 minutes?
