[rrd-users] GD and Net-SNMP

Does anyone in the group know:
 
If I don't install the perl modules GD and Net-SNMP if these would cause my problems of not getting any graphis when I launch routers2.pl and getting no incomming or outgoing traffic when I export my csv files in router2.pl?
 
Since I am running Win2K and I tried to download the windows package version of Net-SNMP from www.net-snmo.org/download but I didn't find one for windows.  Is there one?  Anyone know?
