Serge,
	Could you be a bit more specific about how to do that? I see where its
called, but how to explicitly feed it to the RRDs::graph is not clear.

you can alter the 14all and mrtg-rrd cgi's and add:
	--units-exponent 0
to the section where rrd::graph is called.
