The latest precompiled RRDtool binaries for Windows may not work when using
"RRDtool restore", but the source code compiles easily under Cygwin using
the frig mentioned in this post:
http://sources.redhat.com/ml/cygwin/2001-08/msg00242.html
So I've converted my .LOGs to .RRDs using Cygwin and then continued using
the RRDs with the latest NT binaries. It wasn't elegant but it worked :-)
