Looks valid alright.

If you want to generate graphs with a 10 second resolution, it is.
If you only want graph with a 300 second resolution, then there's no need to have a 10 second stepsize.

The RRA is what holds the samples from the past. Without RRA's, your rrd database remembers nothing.

This is 10 hours worth of 10 second samples, not 1 hour worth of 10 second samples. Just so you know.
