[rrd-users] Newb Help: Scaling

I have taken over a number of graphs from someone else.  One of the charts
they have is a % chart.  Over the past couple years it has rarely dropped
below 80%.  What can I do to scale the graph to only show date between 80% &
100%.   Here is the RRD config.
