That's odd..
When I do a rrdtool fetch, the results look like:
1081883400: 9.1000000000e+02 9.7900000000e+02 9.0500000000e+02
1081883700: 9.1000000000e+02 9.7900000000e+02 9.0500000000e+02
1081884000: 9.1000000000e+02 9.7900000000e+02 9.0500000000e+02
Are you sure you are quoting the raw output?
