Oops..

Misread it as if it said:

RRA:LAST:0.5:800:30
RRA:LAST:0.5:800:120

Perhaps it should, in case of a gauge, return the last entered value
Within a row time. That would make the "I don't see exactly what I
Put in" guys happy.
