[rrd-users] troubles installing tcl package

Hi there,

I'm trying to install RRDtool 1.0.46 with tcl package...
So I use:
./configure --prefix=/home/me/rrd --with-tcllib --with-tcl
make
make install

All seems to be ok, but when I launch an eggdrop with a script calling 
package Rrd, I get an error "Can't find package Rrd"

What's wrong with this?

P.S.: I'm not root of the computer
