[rrd-users] Please help me

Dear all,
 
I'm very new to RRD.
 
I want to install  it on the win2k.
 
 
I have downloaded ActivePerl-5.6.1.635-MSWin32-x86 , and  installed the same
in C:/
 
Then I got RRD rrdtool-1.0.33.x86distr unzipped  it  in the folder in C:/
 
Then from command promt when I try , I get following errors.
 
C:\rrd>cd  perl-shared
 
C:\rrd\perl-shared>ppm install rrds.ppd
'ppm' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
 
 
I will  be  highly  obliged if anyone helps me  with RRD installation on
windows.
