Dear Mike,
Thanks for the help but  now I'm getting following  error :
 
C:\perl\bin>ppm install rrds.ppd
Failed to load PPM_DAT file
Can't use an undefined value as a SCALAR reference at
C:/perl/site/lib/PPM.pm li
ne 1678, <DATA> line 40.
 
C:\perl\bin>
 
 
 
It would be kind of you if help me futher.

ppm is the Perl Package Manager that came with ActiveState. It should be in 
c:\perl\bin, which would normally be in added to your path during 
installation. Or you could type (from c:\rrd\perl_shared): 
 
c:\perl\bin\ppm install rrds.ppd
