You're o.k. there...

You have these RRA's:

> step = 300
> rra[0].pdp_per_row = 1
> rra[1].pdp_per_row = 12
> rra[2].pdp_per_row = 12
> rra[3].pdp_per_row = 12

So you've met both conditions and you're fetching in a resolution
that is specified in an RRA.

Then it's a bug or we're both missing something..
