Hi Tobi,

try to download the MIB file from cisco website -> CISCO-PROCESS-MIB

then try to map this oid from this MIBs -> cpmCPU

then from this table you will get your specific OID of your device -> cpmCPUTotalEntry -> cpmCPUTotalIndex -> cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex -> cpmCPUTotal5sec -> cpmCPUTotal1min -> cpmCPUTotal5min -> cpmCPUTotal5secRev -> cpmCPUTotal1minRev -> cpmCPUTotal5minRev

you can used snmpwalk for this OID's to map
