[rrd-users] Bug in 1.0.46 vs 1.0.45 - parsing of graph title not done

Hi!
 
I've just spotted a bug in rrdcgi 1.0.46 I've a graph title containing
<RRD::TIME::STRFTIME ...> which are not parsed anymore since 1.0.46.
The graph title show the <RRD...> instead of the values

Reverted back to 1.0.45 and title was rightly parsed.

Wanted to know if this was a bug or a feature ? Examples on the website use
the very same syntax as I do.
