Jaysen,

You can export an RRD file to XML (rrdtool dump), edit the file 
manually, and then re-import the data back into an RRD file (rrdtool 
import, I think).

There is a script out there that does this for you.  Look for 
"killspike" on the Cricket contrib page: 
http://cricket.sourceforge.net/contrib/
