You use DS type DERIVE with minimum 0.
Between 1099008900 and 1099009201 the value went from 13 to 6.
That is about (13 - 6) / 300 = 2.33e-2.
But since you specified the minimum to be 0, rrdtool will decide
this value is invalid and it will put a nan in the database.
I think you'll want to use a GAUGE i.s.o. a DERIVE.
