Apparently you are five hours away from UT time.
This means you will need to set your step size to 3600.
Otherwise you will get daily stats with days from 19:00:00h to
18:59:00h.

This problem has been discussed many times before on the list.
To quote Alex van den Bogaerdt:

Or just believe me when I say you want to:
- create a new database using "--step 3600"
- use whole multiples of "86400" for *all* times including
