I myself have done this moving from Win2K to Red Hat 9. The XML export
and import worked great.

Perhaps an XML dump and then reimport?

I've grown quite fond of the "rrdtool dump device.rrd" command, where
device = the rrd name.

I am in the process of moving my MRTG/RRDTool system from a Windose 2K
platform to a Fedora Core 2 system. I would like to migrate all my old
rrd data files but the new system complains about the logs being created
on a different platform. Is there a way to migrate rrd files from one
platform to another? Thanks
