[rrd-users] threshold boundary problems on new server

I'm having difficulties setting up MRTG ver. 2.12.2 with RRDTool ver.
1.2.10-win32-perl58 on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 w/ SP1.  I'm also
using mrtg-rrd.cgi version 0.7.  

When I try to run MRTG w/ RRDTool I get these errors which don't stop:

However if I remove the threshold boundary section from my mrtg.cfg file
everything works fine.  Here's is the Threshold section:

Now everything works fine on the old server where it's still running.
See I'm migrating over to a new server.  The old server is using W2K
Server and mrtg 2.11.1 and rrdtool-1.0.40.x86distr.  

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.
