On a third and fourth look, rrdaddsource only adds the new data source
as the last data source, while data access is an ordered function in
rrdtool. Thus, it cannot be used to add a missing data source in a
broken file where the new data source is expected in the first row.

Additionally, it unfortunately is a quite dirty hack, but I am not
good enough to accomplish the goal with a clean XML transformation.
