What happens if you do: 

echo `snmpget -v1 -c public -Oqv 192.168.0.1
.iso.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.1`:`snmpget -v1 -c public -Oqv 192.168.0.1
.iso.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.1`

On the command line? Does it look like something rrdtool will eat?
