[rrd-users] Trouble Installing RRDTool 1.2.10

I followed the installation procedure as in docs\rrdbuild.txt

But I receive the "sanity check failed for /lib/cpp" for freetype and
libgart_lgpl.

I am using Fedora Core 3.

Please provide me pointers for the errors and howto eliminate them.

Actually I have mrtg already installed. I wish to integrate it with
RRDTool to monitor incoming and outgoing IPv4 and IPv6 traffic.
