According to the descriptive text, this graph is made by displaying
the various devices's values.

I guess it is just

   AREA:device1number_of_callers#FFFF66
   STACK:device2number_of_callers#FFC830
   STACK:device3number_of_callers#FF7000

or something similar (colors may be slightly off).
Repeat for more devices, with small color changes.

Just a matter of stacking different layers and gradually altering
the color used.  Very nice, but no magic :)
