I removed the dot.  Now compare the lines.

You are updating at time 1117524151 with values 21.69something
You are updating at time 1117524151 with values 30.50something

That's not a duplicate log line.  It is a separate update command
___AND___ rrdtool is complaining about it.  You can't get it more
clear than that.
