[rrd-users] Upgrading from 1.0x to rrdtool-1.2.15

Anyone know what the procedure is to upgrade 1.0x rrd files to 1.2x  
files?

I'm getting this error:

ERROR: This RRD was created on other architecture
ERROR: This RRD was created on other architecture
