[rrd-users] About reduce=MAX on DEF

Hello,
I have problems using rrdtool 1.12.15 on FC5 (x86_64)

The documentation said that reduce=MAX means that when there are more
data points than pixels available, the CF MAX is used to reduce the
nombre of available points to display. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

The problem is this: "The graph behavior depends on the size of PNG".

I included two graphs to show the problem. The real data is showed on
g2.png (the big one); but g1.png (the small one) shows non valid data.

Please anyone can help me with this.

If you need the source RRD and perl scripts I can send it. I don't
include now for size limitations.

Thanks and best regards
Alejandro Galue
