[rrd-users] rrdtool fetch syntax

Peeps,

We have been using a program called summaryv2 for about 6 years
now producing a max value from mrtg log files for the past 24
hours. I would like to do the same with rrdtool but find all
the options I pass to rrdtool fetch keep producing every
5 minute sample for the past 24 hours.. Do I then have to process
that result and find the max value or is there a way to say the
2:05pm max value was the maximum value in the 24 hours and was
6.7 Billion Terrabytes /s ?

rrdtool fetch fred.eth0.rrd MAX
