[rrd-users] License question

I'm trying to understand the license of RRDTool.

If I have a software that is sold to customers, and that does not have the
GPL license, am I then allowed to distribute with my software/applicatioh
the RRDTOOL.EXE file (and/or some extra files like the license and/or the
documentation)? 

The software (Servers Alive - http://www.woodstone.nu/salive) is able to use
the RRDTOOL, has some specific "screens" for it and does give credit to
RRDTOOL within it's interface by showing the "Build on Tobi Oetiker's RRD
TOOL" button  (linked to the RRD TOOL homepage).
